A cancellation of the booking free of fees can be carried up to ten weeks before arrival. In this case the deposit can be used for a future holiday or can be sent back detracted a commission.
For cancellations made with less than ten weeks please notice that the deposit/down payment (“caparra confirmatoria”) will not be refunded. In case of delayed arrival, earlier departure or cancellation we will charge a minimum of 50% up to a maximum of 90% of the relative price depending on the cancellation day. For not having to deal with cancellation fees we suggest cancellation insurance. For any information regarding the cancellation insurance please see the following link. |
